WZJ-140H corner crimping machine is a special equipment for the production of aluminum doors and windows, suitable for 90 degree corner connection of corner code structure aluminum doors and windows. This machine is a new model developed on the basis of absorbing the advantages of similar foreign products. The machine adopts pneumatic, electric, hydraulic and operation control. Due to the new structure of mechanical linkage, the influence of oil pressure fluctuation on the quality of the group angle is eliminated, the crimping is completely synchronized, the crimping depth is more consistent, and the 90-degree angle of the corner crimping is more accurate. In addition, the front and rear positioning is adjustable up and down, and the positioning device with adjustable front and rear distance is suitable for processing profiles of different cross-sectional shapes and sizes.
