                                       5 Axes CNC End Milling Machine

This machine is designed to milling the end of aluminum profiles, Programming according different profile. Then machine will adjust milling bits automatic to achieve milling grooves. Have 2 end milling saw blade, so one time can working with 2 bits on aluminum profiles. One of saw blade can turn to vertical and horizontal, so can milling also can cutting aluminum profile.
 

1. Main Feature

The system uses CNC numerical management system, the numerical control servo adjusts the tool to maneuver up and down, left and right, and also the feed rate may be adjusted to quickly retract the tool. The process space is large, the operation is convenient, and the production potency is high.
 

It is suitable for shaping and processing the end faces and step faces of various profiles, to adjust the
setting of profiles with different cross sections, and to fix the profiles.
