Product Description

1. It is suitable for the processing of round holes, slot holes, key holes, special-shaped holes of industrial aluminum alloy profiles, doors and windows, curtain wall aluminum alloy profiles, and aluminum profile milling,  chamfering, plane engraving and other processes. 
2. The main shaft adopts air-cooled electric main shaft with a power of 9KW and a rotation speed of  24000 revolutions/min. It has high precision, good safety and high reliability. 
3.  Equipped with professional CAD-CAM programming software for industrial numerical control system, it can be connected to domestic and foreign door and window curtain wall software and ERP, CAD graphics import, powerful functions, simple operation and high efficiency. 
4. The worktable is turned  -90°~0°~+90°, the profile can be processed on three sides at one time. When processing deep through holes (shaped holes), deep hole processing can be realized by turning the worktable to improve efficiency and good quality. . 
5. The standard 6-bit/8-bit tool magazine can realize continuous and uninterrupted machining. 
6. The automatic mercury oil supply system is adopted, and the cutter adopts a system-controlled spray cooling device.  
7.The main parts of the machine tool adopt steel structure, all of which have undergone vibration aging and stress relief treatment.
