Product Description

1. This machine is easy to operate, reliable in performance, technologically advanced, and simple to maintain.  
2.  It is primarily used for cutting aluminum door and window corner profiles, and can also be used for cutting thickened, extended curtain wall profiles and plastic profiles.  
3.  It is suitable for high-volume cutting production of aluminum door and window profiles as well as plastic profiles.  
4. It uses a Delta CNC system with an intuitive human-machine interface. Operators simply input relevant parameters on the interface to achieve automatic cutting without the need for manual adjustment of corner profile sizes, ensuring more precise cutting and higher efficiency.  
5. The tool uses imported carbide saw blades, providing high cutting speed, high productivity, and high processing accuracy.  
6. The machine features a high degree of automation, with pneumatic control for workpiece clamping and saw blade in-and-out movement, making it easy to operate, safe, reliable, and efficient.  
7. The oil-water separator effectively filters moisture from the air circuit and automatically lubricates components like cylinders, significantly reducing machine failure rates, ensuring smooth operation, maintaining processing accuracy, and extending the machine's service life.
