WEIKE CNC Aluminum Profile Drilling Milling Machine is suitable for processing industrial aluminum alloy profiles, including circular holes, slot holes, lock holes, irregular holes, milling, chamfering, and other processes for door and window aluminum alloy profiles, as well as curtain wall aluminum alloy profiles. The worktable can be flipped from -90° to +90°, allowing three-sided processing with a single clamping of the profile, enhances processing efficiency and drilling quality.
* The system adopts CNC numerical control, equipped with a professional graphics library and profile library, supporting barcode processing and CAD graphic import processing. It is easy to operate and highly efficient.
* The X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis utilize rack and pinion drive, ensuring smooth transmission and high precision.
* Equipped with a 6-position tool magazine as standard, it can achieve continuous and uninterrupted processing.

* Equipped with the German PA industrial CNC system and professional CAD-CAM programming software, CAD drawings can be easily imported into the system. The operation is simple and efficient. It can also interface with German Klaes, Chuanggao, Dut, Xinngeer, Schüco, Changfeng, and other domestic and international door and window curtain wall system software.
* Uses an automatic mercury oil lubrication system, and the tool adopts a system-controlled spray cooling device.
