Product Description

1.1 The main parts of the whole machine adopt the integral casting process structure.
1.2 The control system adopts CNC high-precision absolute value servo sizing device with memory position, no need to return to the origin when starting, and accurate cutting of profile length.
1.3 The spindle motor is directly connected to the saw blade, and the cutting is more stable with the servo motor feeding.
1.4 The servo motor drives the reducer to adjust the sawing angle between 30° and 138°. And the cutting angle can be customized, for example from 22.5 to 157.5 degree.
1.5 The CNC system supports the import of data from the door and window optimization software; generates a cutting list and arranges material for processing. It can automatically complete the cutting of ultra-short and ultra-long materials.
1.6 The movable saw head is driven by a servo motor gear rack, with fast moving speed, full closed-loop control and precise positioning.
1.7 Equipped with 3 automatic supports to ensure the flatness of the material during cutting.
1.8 Cutting tail avoidance function greatly extends the service life of the saw blade.
