1.It is suitable for processing various aluminum alloys, copper, PVC, automobile, ship, elevator and other industrial aluminum profiles, building doors, windows, curtain walls, sun rooms and other complex aluminum materials. This machine can realize one-time clamping of raw materials, and complete multiple processes such as drilling and milling according to processing needs to meet customers' personalized customization of processing technology.

2. The machine adopts Shenzhen Han's CNC system, dedicated CAM editing software, 3D modeling display, automatic tool setting, and can optimize the travel path. It can complete the continuous automatic milling of profiles of different specifications and sizes, and has powerful functions. CAD drawings can be imported into the system conveniently and easily, and can be connected to domestic and foreign door and window and curtain wall system software such as Germany Klaes, Chuanggao, Duter, Xinger, Xuge, Changfeng, etc.

3. This machine uses a high-speed, high-precision 9KW electric spindle and a servo motor to flip the electric spindle 180°, -90°~0°~+90°. The profile can be processed on three sides in one clamping.

4. The vertical disc-type 12-position tool magazine is integrated into the cantilever to save tool changing time and automatically change and align tools.

5. The single-arm frame structure with moving beam and moving column ensures smoother operation and improves the machining rigidity of the machine tool.

6. High-quality absolute servo motors, ball screws, linear guides and bearings are used to ensure that the equipment has high processing accuracy, high stability and reliability. The feed movement is pre-stretched to ensure stable processing accuracy.

7. 6 sets of automatic fixture optimization function, automatic avoidance or warning when the clamping position interferes with the processing position.

8. The left and right two-zone layout, with two left and right positioning plates, can complete interactive loading without stopping the machine, thus improving processing efficiency.

9. The use of quantitative and timed centralized automatic feeding lubrication ensures the stability of machine tool accuracy and automatic micro-atomization cooling.

Automatic Vice Positioning

The machine software can calculate the correct positioning measure for each vice unit, according to the length of the workpiece and to the type of machining to be performed. The automatic vice positioning system performs the positioning of each vice assembly at the highest speed and with great precision and spares longer time and collision risks, so that the machine can also be easily used by less experienced operators.
 

 

Tool Magazine
The tool magazine is large and quick and is installed directly on the machine's carriage. Its lateral position, together with an exclusive housing, guarantees maximum protection of the tool holder cones from swarfs and accidental knocks. The magazine can contain up to 12 (11 + 300 mm blade) tool holders with relevant tools, which can be set at the operator's discretion.
 

 

Clamps
Well-dimensioned vice assembly, capable of guaranteeing the correct clamping of even large aluminium profiles. Each vice unit is equipped with a pneumatic table translation device that facilitates workpiece loading and unloading operations and significantly increases the machinable section.
