Product Description

1. Suitable for processing of industrial aluminum alloy profiles, round holes, slot holes, lock holes, special-shaped holes, etc. of doors, windows, curtain wall aluminum alloy profiles, as well as milling, chamfering, and other processes of aluminum profiles.
2. The spindle uses two high-precision air-cooled electric spindles with a speed of 6000-18000 rpm, high precision, good safety, and high reliability.
3. The system adopts CNC numerical control.CNC system is equipped with professional graphics library and profile library, supporting code scanning processing and CAD graphics import processing. Simple operation and high efficiency.
4. The tool adopts system-controlled spray cooling device.
5. The main parts of the machine tool adopt steel structure, all of which are treated with vibration aging and stress relief to ensure stable operation of the machine tool
6. The X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis adopt rack screw transmission, which is stable and accurate.
7. The three-axis full servo motor truly realizes efficient and stable three-axis linkage.
8. The worktable flips 180°, -90°~0°~+90°, and the profile can be processed on three sides in one clamping. When processing deep through holes (special-shaped holes), deep hole processing can be achieved by flipping the worktable, which improves efficiency and quality.
