WEIKE CNC Aluminum Profile Cutting Drilling Milling Machining Center is primarily designed for the cutting, drilling, and milling of thermal break aluminum door and window profiles, as well as certain industrial aluminum profiles. It enables hole and groove drilling and milling operations on all four sides of the profile, and supports line engraving. Additionally, the machine allows for cutting profiles at any angle between 45° and 135°.
* Designed to complete the processing of various openings in door and window profiles in a single operation, including adhesive holes, nail holes, drainage holes, handle apertures, lock boxes, door lock body apertures, and installation holes.
* Supports data integration with door and window design software, enabling intelligent and interconnected production.
* Supports the batch processing and mixed processing of various door and window profiles, including frames, sashes, mullions, and screen frames.
